Hades Security – A bit about us.

Hades Security was founded because of a dire need within the industry, something that we believe most companies miss, is the need for quality staff. We have seen first hand companies not putting their customers need first and just ensuring they have ‘someone’ on site with a badge, this is where we at Hades are different, we ensure the quality of our staff, not only vetting them to British Standard 7858, interviewing them ourselves to ensure their competence but also putting them through a situational assessment at interview to ensure they have an understanding of what we expect in different situations, as well as the expectations of our clients.

Hades Security are based in Lincolnshire, with offices in both Lincolnshire and London but provide security provisions anywhere within the United Kingdom and have a proven track record of delivery at the highest standards. 

We are also an employer who guarantees to exceed the national living wage, rather than paying the national minimum wage to our staff, we believe that, in the current climate around the cost of living crisis this country is currently experiencing this is the least we can do for our hard working staff on the front lines.
